The Federal High Court in Abuja adjourned the case involving two Binance executives to April 5 for further hearing.
Elahe Anjarwalla, the wife of the Regional Manager of Binance for East and West Africa, Nadeem Anjarwalla, expressed her dismay over her husband’s continued detention in Nigeria, stating, “I am completely heartbroken.”
She emphasized that Nadeem has no authority to make high-level decisions at Binance and pleaded with Nigerian authorities to allow him and Tigran to return home. The families of the detained executives issued a statement following the court hearing, stating, “At the court hearing in Abuja today, which was attended by Tigran and Nadeem, the court ruled that after hearing arguments from both parties, they would resume the session on April 5th.”
Additionally, the court had previously ordered Binance to provide comprehensive information to the EFCC regarding Nigerians trading on its platform. This order came after the EFCC filed an ex parte motion demanding data on Binance users in Nigeria.
The request for information is part of negotiations between Binance and the Nigerian government.

Since the matter is in court, all they have to do is to provide more evidence to show his not guilty…that’s the only solution to any case that is in court level.
