Omowunmi, the wife of the late singer Mohbad, has been served with the court order for a DNA test following legal proceedings. The Chief Magistrate Court in Ikorodu granted the order, allowing Omowunmi to be served notice of the pending DNA test application.
The court order was served after attempts by the Sheriff of the court to deliver the court process to Omowunmi had previously failed. The Chief Magistrate ordered that Omowunmi should be served by posting the court process on her last known address.
In an update, it has been confirmed that the court order has been successfully delivered to Omowunmi. The court order letter was pasted on the gate of her residence, ensuring that she is informed about the pending DNA test application.
The development marks a significant step in the legal proceedings surrounding the paternity of the child, as Omowunmi now has formal notification of the court’s decision regarding the DNA test.
