Yoruba film actress Kiitan Bukola, who previously dated a married man, has stepped forward to explain why she found it difficult to move on from him.
In a video interview with media personality Damilola Banire, uploaded to Oyinmomotv’s YouTube channel, the actress revealed that she struggled to end the relationship because she was enjoying it.
Growing up in a polygamous family with her father marrying multiple women and having nineteen children, Bukola noted that some individuals turn to polygamous marriages because they were dissatisfied with their previous marriages.
She shared, “Some people’s marriages are not perfect, the reason why some of them may decide to try another marriage.” She acknowledged her own experience of dating a married man and finding it challenging to leave because of the enjoyment she derived from the relationship.
