Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo has sent a pointed message to her colleague and rival, Lizzy Anjorin, ahead of their court hearing tomorrow.
In an Instagram post, she urged Lizzy to bring all the evidence she claims to have against her and her family to the courtroom, emphasizing the importance of not leaving anything out.
“Madam set up, all the evidence you claim to have against my family, most especially my humble self, Please do not forget to bring it along, our court appointment is tomorrow morning. I look forward to seeing you, darling.”
The animosity between the two actresses escalated months ago when Iyabo Ojo mimicked and mocked Lizzy Anjorin in a video. In retaliation, Lizzy publicly accused Iyabo of promiscuity and involvement in scandalous activities. Iyabo responded with a legal threat, demanding a public apology or a hefty sum for libel.
Attempts to resolve the feud included a proposed boxing match with a prize of N10 million for the winner, suggested by Iyabo’s partner, Paulo Okoye. Recently, Iyabo mocked Lizzy after she was accused of theft at a Lagos market, prompting Lizzy to defend herself and blame people like Iyabo for attempting to set her up.
In an interview, Iyabo questioned the allegations against her and expressed disbelief at being accused of setting Lizzy up, highlighting inconsistencies in Lizzy’s claims.
