Olagunji Afeez Bolaji, a 26-year-old guy, cried out on X (previously Twitter) after being denied access into his UTME centre to take the exam.
A frustrated Afeez revealed that despite being at the place in Oyo town by 7:30 a.m., he was still not permitted to take the exam.
Afeez stated that he went all the way from Osun State to the exam location and encountered severe downpours that morning, which hindered his mobility.
He urged the JAMB to reconsider him. Afeez provided documentation in the form of his examination slip. Afeez writes about X:
“Pls I got to cbt 7.30 I was not allowed.
“Due to heavy downpour this morning in oyo town.
“I have traveled all along from osun state (ila) to oyo town on Monday overnight just to meet up in the morning.
“Pls consider me …for reschedule.”
