In my opinion: the whole PR Stunt they pulled with Bobrisky where he even sprayed money + is his dragging with VDM gave him up for what is happening to him.
Someone in power got disgusted and sent for his arrest.

I suspect that too, the fact that there was no option for fine made it sound like it was a deliberate Punishment .
